Return & Refund Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Neauxla does not accept returns and refunds.

Replacement of misprinted/damaged/defective items:

  • Neauxla will replace products that are misprinted/damaged/defective.
  • Size changes are not eligible for replacement.
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
  • Customers must send a picture of the product lying flat on a surface, in natural lighting, where the error can be seen.
  • Neauxla will evaluate the picture of the product.
  • Customers do not need to return the product.
  • Once the claim has been validated, customers will receive a replacement of the same item within 7 - 12 business days on their address.
